US State Privacy Rights – Initforce

This page outlines the privacy rights available to residents of certain US states under their respective privacy laws. These rights are in addition to those described in our Privacy Policy.
Initforce is committed to transparency, data security, and respecting the privacy rights of individuals, including residents of:
- California (CCPA / CPRA)
- Virginia (VCDPA)
- Colorado (CPA)
- Connecticut (CTDPA)
- Utah (UCPA)
1. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
Know
- What categories of personal information we collect and why
- The categories of third parties with whom we share it
Delete
- Request the deletion of personal information, subject to exceptions
Correct
- Request that we correct inaccurate information we hold about you
Opt Out
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information (Initforce does not sell data)
- Opt out of targeted advertising (e.g., social media retargeting)
- Opt out of profiling (automated decision-making)
Non-Discrimination
- You will not be denied goods or services, or charged different prices, for exercising your rights
2. How to Exercise Your Rights

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. If you’re an authorized agent, we may request additional documentation.
3. Appeals Process
If you’re a Virginia, Colorado, or Connecticut resident and we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal the decision by replying to our email with “Appeal Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days.
4. Minors’ Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16. If you believe your child’s information has been collected, please contact us.
5. Updates
We may update this notice as privacy laws evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
