Initforce is committed to complying with the data protection laws of all regions in which we operate — including Latin America. This Privacy Addendum applies specifically to individuals located in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and other LATAM countries with privacy regulations.

This page complements our main Privacy Policy and outlines how we process personal data in line with local laws, such as:

  • Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data
  • Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012
