How We Work with Clients

Effective Date: March 21, 2025

At Initforce, we believe that success in Salesforce projects starts with clear expectations and transparent processes.
This page outlines our standard client engagement journey — from initial scoping to final delivery — and the core principles that guide every project we undertake.

1. Our Approach

Initforce is a Salesforce-centric consultancy dedicated to delivering agile, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.
Whether your need is implementation, optimization, integration, or ongoing support, we tailor each engagement to meet your strategic goals.

2. Engagement Models

We offer flexible models to fit your needs:

  • Project-Based: Ideal for end-to-end Salesforce implementations, data migrations, or system optimizations.
Includes discovery, build, testing, and go-live.
  • Retainer / Managed Services: Continuous support for admin tasks, system enhancements, and platform maintenance.
  • Advisory / Strategy: Targeted consulting for CRM roadmaps, Salesforce audits, and org health assessments.

3. Key Project Phases

  • Discovery: Requirements gathering, solution architecture, roadmap development, and proposal.
  • Implementation: Salesforce configuration, custom development, integrations (e.g., APIs), and iterative QA/UAT cycles.
  • Go-Live & Handover: Training (if needed), full documentation, deployment support, and transition.
  • Post-Live Support: Optional SLA-based support, managed enhancements, and proactive org monitoring (if included).

4. Our Commitments

  • We respect your timelines and budget constraints.
  • We follow Salesforce best practices throughout delivery.
  • We prioritize security, data integrity, and end-user adoption.
  • We ensure transparency via collaboration tools like Jira, Slack, Trello, or your preferred system.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom work delivered under contract — including code, flows, configurations, and documentation — remains your intellectual property, unless otherwise specified.

6. Change Requests

For any out-of-scope requests, we use a lightweight change control process:

  • You’ll receive a clear impact analysis (time and/or cost) before work begins.
  • Minor changes may be absorbed into the current sprint when feasible.

7. Payment Terms (Summary)

  • 50% deposit required for project-based work.
  • Billing cycles: bi-weekly or monthly, depending on engagement type.
  • Payment due within 15 business days unless otherwise agreed.

All engagements are governed by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a tailored Statement of Work (SOW).
